Will of Michael O'Toole, from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 265 probate year 1930

IN RE.          DECEASED

MICHAEL O'TOOLE

THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me Michael O'Toole of St John's

First. I revoke all former wills by me at any time made and I appoint my wife Mary O'Toole sole executor of this will.
Second. I desire that all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses shall be paid by my said executor out of my estate.
Third. I give, devise and bequeath to my wife Mary O'Toole all that peice of freehold land with dwelling house thereon, on the South Side of Signal Hill Rd for her sole and absolute use and benefit for ever.
Witnessed this 4th day of April Ano Domini one thousand nineteen1929 hundred and twenty nine
