George Frederick (Fred) Warford

In the name of God Amen. I George Frederick Warford resident of Upper Gullies in the Distric of Conception Bay South, Newfoundland, farmer being of sound mind but sick in body do hereby make my last will and testament. I give and bequeath to my wife Sarah my house and land which is located in Upper Gullies and all my other estate real and personal I leave to her also. If my wife Sarah wishes to give part of my estate to my only daughter Frances Dawe she may do so of her own accord. In witness thereof I have hereunder set my hand this 25th day of July, nineteen hundred and seventy seven in the presence of Reg and Laura Haines of Kelligrews. George Frederick signed with an X. witnesses: Reg and Laura Haines
