Page 1.

THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF me Robert Stafford Furlong, St. John's in the Province of Newfoundland, Queen's Counsel.

  1. I hereby revoke all Will and Testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament.

  2. I appoint Francis J. Ryan, of St. John's, Queen's Counsel and his wife Sheila Ryan to be by Executors of my Will.

  3. I direct my Executors to pay all my just debts, funeral and testamentary dispositions as soon after my decease as possible.

  4. I give and bequeath my collection of books, maps and charts relating to the discovery and early colonization of Newfoundland to Memorial University of Newfoundland.

  5. I give and bequeath the remainder of my books to Francis J. Ryan to be his absolutely.

  6. I give an bequeath the sum of $1000.00 to Elizabeth Murphy of St. John's, daughter of the late Dr. Joseph Murphy to be hers absolutely.

  7. I give and bequeath the sum of $1000.00 to Keelin O'Leara to be hers absolutely.

  8. I give and bequeath the sum of $1000.00 to Deborah McGrath to be hers absolutely.

  9. I give, devise and bequeath my land and premises situate at 8 Winter Avenue, St. John's, together with my household furniture and effects to Francis J. Ryan and his wife, Sheila Ryan to be theirs absolutely.

10. All the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate of every kind whatsoever and wheresoever situate, I give devise and bequeath to Sheila Ryan and Elizabeth (Babs) O'Leary to be theirs absolutely.
