      deceased.

OATH OF EXECUTOR.

Probate granted to The Most Rev. E. P. Roche and Francis E. Rendell on the 15th day of November A.D. 1918

Value of Estate $9869.86.

To the Honourable The Supreme Court of Newfoundland or to one of the Honourable the Judges thereof.

The Petition of The Most Reverend Edward P. Roche of Saint John's Archbishop of Newfoundland and Francis E. Rendell of the same place Merchant.

HUMBLY SHEWETH
  1. That Joseph Bulger late of Saint John's Builder deceased died there on or about the 26th. Day of September A.D. 1918 having previously made and executed his last Will and testament which is hereto annexed marked "A" and of which he appointed your Petitioners Executors.
  2. Said deceased at the time of his death was possessed of property within the jurisdiction of your Honourable Court of the probably value of $9869.86.
  3. The Inventory and valuation hereto annexed marked "B" is to the best of Petitioners' knowledge, information and belief a just and true inventory and valuation of the property estate and effects of said deceased at the time of his death as far as Petitioners can at present ascertain.
  4. No probate of any Will nor letters of Administration to the estate of said deceased have been granted to any person.

Petitioners therefore pray that probate of the said Will of said deceased may be granted to them.
And as in duty bound they will ever pray etc.
Dated the 23rd day of October A.D. 1918.

I appoint His Grace the Archbishop E. P. Roche and Frank Rendell both of St. John's to be the Executors of this my last and testament
