Volume 7 Fiat To the Honourable The Supreme Court of Newfoundland or to one of the Honourable the Judges thereof. The Petition of The Most Reverend Edward P. Roche of Saint John's Archbishop of Newfoundland and Francis E. Rendell of the same place Merchant. HUMBLY SHEWETH
Petitioners therefore pray that probate of the said Will of said deceased may be granted to them. E. P. Roache My son James Bulger house and land and appurtenances on the north side of Wanse Street St. John's Signed Published and declared by the said testator to and for his last will and testament the same having been read & explained in our presence who in his presence and in presence of each other have hereto subscribed our names as witnesses on the day and date above written
