Estate of Michael Bolger
Late of Trepassey
In the Southern District
To the Honorable the Supreme Court of Newfoundland or one of the judges thereof
of Ellen Bolger Trepassey Widow of Michael Bolger late of the same place Dealer - humbly sheweth - that her said late husband died in the Spring of this year intestate - possessed of property of the value of about three thousand dollars and leaving several children him surviving living with this Petitioner - that no probate or administration has been applied for to estate of said Michael Bolger - and Petitioner prrays that Letters of administration may be granted to her.
St John's Court.
Supreme Court of Newfoundland Ellen Bolger Trepassey Widow aforenamed Petitioner maketh oath and saith that the contents of foregoing petition are just and true to the best of her knowledge & belief.
