Will of Denis James O'Quin from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 138 probate year 1927 In re Will of Denis James O'Quin of St. John's, Newfoundland In the name of God, Amen. <p></p> I, Denis James O'Quin of St. John's City, Capital of the Island of Newfoundland, Clerk in the Office of A. S. Rendell & Co., Ltd., give, devise and bequeath all my property, real, personal and mixed to my wife with the exceptions hereinafter mentioned, absolutely and forever. <p></p> It is my will that three hundred dollars out of the moneys payable to my estate on my demise be paid unto my mother, Margaret O'Quin. It is my will that one hundred dollars out of the moneys payable to my estate on my demise be paid out as offerings for Masses for the repose of my soul. I
appoint Mary O'Quin, my wife to be the executrix of this will, and request
