Will of William O'Neil Last will and Testament of This is the last will of me William O’Neil of the Freshwater Road Farmer. I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate and effects I die possessed of or to which I shall or may be entitled to unto my niece Mary Dillon absolutely upon this condition, that is to say; she my said niece is to find and provide everything at her own cost and expense that I may require for my support and maintenance during my life time - and I appoint my said niece Mary Dillon sole executrix of this my will hereby revoking all former wills and codicils - Dated the 30th day of March A.D. 1899 (sgd) William his X mark ONeil. Signed by the said Testator William ONeil (by making his mark) in the presence of us present at the same time, who at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereto set our hands as witnesses (sgd) Jas. J. Collins. Notary Public (sgd) John Jenkinson Farmer Freshwater Road I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and Testament of William O’Neil deceased D. M.
