Will of James O’Neil In re This is the last will and testament of me James O’Neil of Saint John’s in the Island of Newfoundland Storekeeper made this 30th of June A.D. nineteen hundred and nine I appoint Agnes O’Neil of St. John’s aforesaid who is my wife executrix of this my last will and testament thereby revoking all other and former wills that may have been made by me. I give devise and bequeath unto my wife aforesaid all my possessions including house No. 2 Power St and effects together with land in the rear of said house fronting on Carnell St Also my life insurances in the Canada Life Assurance Company I make this bequest to enable my wife whom indeed I trust, to maintain her home for the best interest of all my children in testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand at St. John’s aforesaid the day and year first above written Signed James O’Neil (LS) Signed by the said testator by affixing his name as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who in his presence and at his request in the presence of each other have hereunto our hands subscribed as witnesses the same having been first read over and explained to the said testator and fully understood by him Signed Laurence Parker (LS) Patrick J.
