Will of Mark Oliver from Newfoundland will books volume 14 pages 476-477 probate year 1929

In re     DECEASED.
MARK OLIVER.

I, Mark Oliver of Burnt Point in the Island of Newfoundland, do make my last will and Testament.
I bequeath to my nephew, Reuben Oliver Tucker, son of Jordan Tucker, all my possessions, including dwelling house and furnishings, barn, outhouses, and all the land I possess with the following exceptions.
1. I bequeath to Maxwell Oliver, son of Reuben Oliver a piece of land on the Rocky Shoot, bounded by James and Reuben Oliver's land.
2. I bequeath to James Oliver a piece of land bounded by road and land near James Oliver's house on one side, and by Thos Milleys on the other side.
I make Berkeley Tucker my executor.
Written by me this 20th day of July 1927.

I Mark Oliver do this 20th day of January 1929 & possessing my right reason in the presence of E. B. Tucker, Elinus Oliver & Israel Oliver wish to add (clause 3) to my will make on July 20th 1927, & for same to read.
I bequeath to my son Elinus Oliver a piece of land known as Mouse Hole Meadow. Bounded by Mouse Hold Road on the northeast & John C. Milley on the south Jisiah Wicks on the west.
4. I bequeath one hundred dollars each to my son Elinus Oliver, my daughters Maud Milley & Gertrude Tucker.
I bequeath fifty dollars each to my daughter Adliade Dorathy & my nephew Max Oliver.
Also I bequeath fifty dollars to my credit in new Church (not completed)
I bequeath twenty five dollars to my nephew Eric Tucker.
I lastly bequeath the balance of my cash savings (after my funeral expenses are met & Headstone provided for myself & wife) to my nephew Reuben Tucker.
Dated at Burnt Point this 20th day of January 1929.
