In re
      PATRICK O’LEARY.     DECEASED.

This is the last will and testament of me Patrick O’Leary of Freshwater Farmer hereby revoking all other and former wills by me.

After payment of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses I give devise and bequeath to my wife’s daughter Aileen Osborne wife of William Osborne all the property of every description of which I may die possessed.

I appoint the said Aileen Osborne executrix of this my will.

St. John’s October 16^th 1926.

Signed by the said testator as and for his last will and testament in our presence who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses. The same having been first read over and explained.
