Last will and testament of
Robert L. Oke of St. John's
Cabinet Maker deceased

I Robert Lammay Oke of the town of st. John's in the island of Newfoundland declare this to be my last will and testament. I give and bequeath to my mother Mary Jane Harris Oke all my points, books, paintings, linen, china jewels, household goods, furniture chattels and effects at my death. I give and bequeath to my said mother Mary Jane Harris Oke her heirs and assigns the dwelling house and lot of ground (being a part of the estate of the late Sarah Gill Harris) situated on Quidi Vidi Road in the said town of St. John's aforesaid together with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging to have and to hold the same unto the said Mary Jane Harris Oke her heirs and assigns for ever. I appoint my father William R. Oke and my brother John C. Oke executors of this my will and desire that they shall not be required to give any security for the performance of their duties. In witness whereof I Robert Lammay Oke have hereunto set my hand and seal this fifteenth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety one (1891) (sgd) Robert Lammay Oke (LS) Subscribed by the testator in presence of each and all of us, and at the same time declared by him to us as his last will and testament. (Sgd) William R. Oke (LS) (Sgd) Edward Langdon Oke (LS) (sgd) James Robins Stick (LS) witness our hands this day the ffifteenth of December A.D. 1891.

I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and testament of Robert L. Oke deceased
