Will of Kate Selina O'Dwyer
from Newfoundland will books volume 13 page 594 probate year 1927

In re
      KATE SELINA O’DWYER.     DECEASED.

I, Kate Selina O’Dwyer of 191 Eglinton Road Plumstead in the County of Kent Spinster revoke all testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me and declare this to be my last Will which I make this twelfth day of August One thousand nine hundred and thirteen.

  1. I appoint my two sisters Jennie Maria O’Dwyer and Annie Louisa O’Dwyer to be the EXECUTORS AND TRUSTEES of this my will I give my four shares in the Army and Navy Co-operative Society of 105 Victoria Street Westminster in the County of London to Doris Marguerite Chettoe daughter of the Reverend Samuel Edward Chettoe of the Vicarage Parson Street Hendon.

  2. I bequeath the sum of one hundred pounds to my friend Mrs Chettoe the wife of the said Samuel Edward Chettoe for purposes understood between us.

  3. I bequeath the sum of one hundred pounds to the Reverend Richard Whyte Ayre Vicar of St Michael and All Angels Woolwich if he is Vicar of the St Michael and All Angels at the time of my decease but not otherwise In trust to be applied and used by him for the purpose of the purchase and fitting up of Sanctuary Lamps or for such other Church purpose as he may in his absolute discretion consider well.

  4. I devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate (including any property in respect of which I have any general power of appointment) not hereby otherwise disposed of unto my trustees In trust for such of my said two sisters Jennie Maria O’Dwyer and Annie Louisa O’Dwyer as shall then be living if more than one in equal shares absolutely.

Signed by the above named Kate Selina O’Dwyer the testatrix as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us both present at the same time who at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses -
