In re
ELLEN MARY O'DWYER.
DECEASED.
THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me, Ellen Mary O'Dwyer, of St. John's
in the Island of Newfoundland, widow.
I revoke all former wills by me at any time made, and I appoint my son Jerome
Angus O'Dwyer and Charles O'Neill Conroy the executors of this my Will.
I give and bequeath to my said Executors the sum of one hundred dollars to
be expended by them for low Masses for the repose of my soul.
I give and bequeath my silverware to my children to be divided between them
according to a memorandum which I shall leave with my Executors, but which
shall not be deemed to have any testamentary character.
I give and bequeath to my son Jerome Angus O'Dwyer and my daughter Mary Atlay the sum of Fifteen hundred dollars each, and to my daughter Vera Mary O'Dwyer the sum of Three thousand dollars.
Subject to my debts and my testamentary and funeral expenses and to the foregoing
legacies I give and bequeath to my three children in equal shares as tenants
in common my messuage Number thirty three Military Road, St. John's, with all
its contents: provided however that none of my said children shall sell his
or her interest in the said messuage without giving to the others of them the
first option of purchasing the same on equal terms. All the rest, residue and
remainder of my property I give to my said children in equal shares. And it
is my special desire that my family shall from time to time cause low Masses
to be said for the repose of my soul in addition to those hereinbefore provided
for.
Witness my hand at St. John's this Fifth day of Augt. 1923.

Signed published and Declared by the Testatrix as and for her last will and
Testament in presence of us, both being present at the same time, who in her
presence and at her request hereunto subscribe ourselves as witnesses attesting
the due execution hereof:
