Michael P. O’Driscoll of Witless Bay S.D.
Roman Catholic Priest deceased

      In the name of God Amen I Michael P. O’Driscoll, R. C. Clergyman of the Diocese of St. John’s Newfoundland, being of sound mind, do make this my last will and Testament: - I will and bequeath to my brother William H. O’Driscoll, one of my two houses situated on Military Road St. John’s (and known as “the middle house”) All the rest residue and remainder of my property, goods and chattels I will and bequeath to my brother the Revd. Stephen O’Driscoll
I direct that the sum of twenty dollars be applied annually for twenty years, for my intentions for masses from rents or other monies accruing from my property situated on the south side of Witless Bay and at present occupied by Aidan D. O’Driscoll. I appoint the Rev Stephen O’Driscoll my Executor. Witless Bay, Newfoundland the twenty ninth day of April Anno Domini, one thousand eight hundred and ninety nine. (Sgd) Michael P.
