Last Will and Testament of
Fanny O'Donnell of St. John's
Widow deceased.

      This is the last will and Testament of me Fanny O'Donnell of Saint John's in the Island of Newfoundland Widow. I give devise and bequeath all my estate and effects, real and personal I die possessed of or entitled to unto my three children James Brien O'Donnell, Jane Elizabeth, now the wife of the Reverend Charles Jeffery, and John C. M. O'Donnell absolutely share and share alike. It is also my will and wish that I be interred in the morning in the Church of England Cemetery and that my coffin be a very plain one. I hereby appoint my said son James Brien O'Donnell sole executor of this my will hereby revoking all former wills and codicils by me made.
Dated at St. John's aforesaid this sixth day of July A.D. eighteen hundred and ninety nine. (Sgd) Fanny O'Donnell. Signed by the said Testatrix Fanny O'Donnell as and for her last will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereto set our hands as witnesses.
