Will of Esther Mary O'Brien In re I the undersigned Esther Mary O’Brien, widow of the late Patrick O’Brien property holder of Bay Bulls do make this as my last will and testament. I will and bequeath to my daughter
Mary Ronayne all my recognized property, viz. my house and all the
appurtenances & my
other property viz the water-side property now under lease to Job
Brothers;
the land on the North Side of the River, bounded on the South and East
by the road, and North-West by Mara’s land; also that on Moakler’s
Road bounded on the North by Michael Coady’s land, on the South
by Cornelius O’Brien’s, bounded also by
the river and the hill. The determining of the object and manner of the charitable bequest is also left to the discretion of my daughter. I wish and direct that all should be arranged as soon as possible after my death; and I hereby appoint the Rev. C. A. McCarthy C.C. of Witless Bay, and Mary Ronayne as executor and executrix respectively. ESTHER MARY O’BRIEN Witnesses Patrick J.
