O’Brien of Bay Bulls I Cornelius
O’Brien do give and bequeath to my wife Mary O’Brien her heirs
and successors my old Homestead, consisting of Dwelling House, shop, store,
and out-houses, and kitchen garden on the west side of the house, and hen
yard in the rear of the stable, To have and to hold to suit her own convenience
from this day forward, and whatever money is left after my funeral expenses
is held is also to be hers, together with the furniture and whatever belongs
