WILL

      This is the last will and testament of me, Arthur Oakley of St. John’s, Gentleman, made by me on this the 19^th day of December, 1925

      I leave & bequeath to my wife, Annie Oakley, all my property goods & chattels and all whatsoever I possess and appoint her executrix of this my will.
