Will of Edward Richard Nurse from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 239 probate year 1928

In re       DECEASED.
EDWARD RICHARD NURSE.

This is the last will and testament of me Edward Richard Nurse of Pools Cove, Fortune Bay, Newfoundland, made this third day of November one thousand nine hundred and twenty seven and I hereby revoke all wills former wills and Codicils. I hereby appoint John Thomas Williams and James Handcock to be my executors and request them to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as may be conveniently possible after my decease. I give and bequeath all my land and house unto my wife Eliza Nurse during her lifetime and after her death to my niece Helen Nurse. I give and bequeath all my boats, dories, and fishing gear to Berkeley Nurse husband of Helen Nurse. I give and bequeath unto my wife all money of which I may die possessed.
