Will of Edgar Noseworthy In re The last will and testament of Mr. Edgar Noseworthy resident of the Southside of Harbour Grace South, Newfoundland. In the name of God. Amen. I Edgar Noseworthy his X mark. of Harbour Grace South, Newfoundland do make this my last will and testament, that is to say I give and bequeath the whole of my personal estate, consisting of dwelling house, furniture, outside store & land back & front of house to my wife Catherine Noseworthy In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand this nineteenth day of September-1913 (Seal) Signed sealed and declared by the above named Edgar Noseworthy as & for his last will & testament in the presence of us and each of us; and at his request, & in the presence of each other, have set our hands as witnesses. Signatures of witnesses Archibald Noseworthy. Wm. Noseworthy. (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
