ALEXANDER NOSEWORTHY.

THIS is the last will and testament of me Alexander Noseworthy of SAINT JOHN'S in the island of Newfoundland Carpenter.

1. I appoint my brother Stephen Noseworthy of Saint John's aforesaid Head Constable of the Newfoundland Constabulary Executor of this my will.
2. I give devise and bequeath all my share or interest in lands situate at Harbour Grace in the Island aforesaid to my son Matthew Noseworthy of Saint John's Locksmith.
3. I give devise and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of my property estate and effects of every description (including my dwelling house situate on Murray Street or Carters Hill and my household furniture) to my wife Cecilia Noseworthy forever and absolutely.

WITNESS my hand at Saint John's aforesaid this 14^th day of January Anno Domini One Thousand Nine hundred and twenty one.
