Will of Robert Northover In re This is the last Will and Testament of Robert Northover, fisherman, of Viter’s Cove, New Perlican in the Electoral District of Trinity Bay. N.F. WITNESSETH:- I Robert Northover, fisherman, of Viter’s Cove New Perlican in the Electoral District of Trinity Bay. Being of sound mind and mindful of the uncertainty of Life, Do, hereby and in the following manner dispose of my worldly goods as follows. That is to say:- All my part of Land, situate at Viter’s Cove I give and bequeath
to William Northover, with the exception of that part of land situated
on the Barrens, which part is to be divided between James and William
Northover, sons of my deceased brother John Northover.
The rest of my property all and sundry I bequeath to my nephew William Northover, whom I hereby name as my Executor. In witness whereof I hereto affix my signature and sign. ROBERT NORTHOVER X his mark Given in the presence of us Matthew Northover and Rev Walter Bugden This fifth day of April in the year One thousand nine hundred and Twenty three. CORRECT.
