Will of Bridget Noonan, from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 138 probate year 1930 BRIDGET NOONAN This is the last will and testament of me Bridget Noonan of Saint John's in the island of Newfoundland Widow. I give devise and bequeath to my grandaughter Mary Ellen Murphy wife of William Murphy the dwelling house and land owned by me situate on Barters Hill during her life and on her death to go to her children should she die without leaving surviving her any child or children I will and devise the same to my grandaughter Catherine O'Neil and on the death of the said Catherine O'Neil it is to become the property of her children but should the said Catherine O'Neil die without leaving any issue surviving her I will and devise the same to my grandsons Francis O'Neil, Richard O'Neil and William O'Neil or the survivors of them. I appoint my daughter Ann O'Neil executrix of this my will. St John's Oct 11th 1894.
Signed by the said testatrix as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us who in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses (The same having been first read over and explained ) CORRECT William F Lloyd (Signature) Registrar of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland Written in the top right-hand margin:
