Will of James Noble In re Know all men by these Presents:
that I James Noble, of Nippers Harbor in the District of Twillingate,
in the Island of Newfoundland fisherman, being in good health, and of sound
and disposing mind, and memory, do make and publish this my last will and
testament. I give, devise, and bequeath, to my sons William Thos. Noble,
Arthur Noble Elijah Noble, and Albert Noble, all
my Salmon Nets, rope, and general fishing gear now exclusively belonging to
me. or shall belong to me at my decease, also all tools and cash in my work
shop, with the said workshop and also the potato garden situated adjacent;
and in front of my dwelling house to have and to hold the same, all and several,
thier heirs, and assigns, for their use and benefit for ever. I
further give, devise, and bequeath to my sons William
Thos Noble, Arthur Noble Elijah Noble, and Albert Noble,
aforesaid, all my interest in the Schooner Rene jointly held with
them, and my interest in the caplin seine, also jointly owned with them, to
have and to hold the same for their use and benefit thier heirs and assigns
for ever; Certified correct, (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
