Will of Thomas Henry Nichols In re THIS is the last Will and Testament of me, THOMAS HENRY NICHOLS, of St. John’s, Carpenter. FIRST: I desire that all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses shall be first paid. SECOND: I appoint my daughter, Annie Vatcher, Executrix of this my Will. THIRD: I bequeath to my said daughter, Annie Vatcher, the land with dwelling house thereon which I now occupy situate No. 38 Mullock Street held by me under lease from Tobin’s Estate for her sole use and benefit. FOURTH: I bequeath to my daughter FIFTH: I confirm to my wife, Susan Nichols, my life insurance for One thousand dollars in the Orange Mutual Benefit Fund made in her favor. SIXTH: I bequeath to my said wife all my household goods and furniture and all other property, goods and effects of which I shall die possessed. WITNESS my hand at St. John’s this Second day of June A.D. 1915. THOMAS H. NICHOLS. SIGNED PUBLISHED AND DECLARED by the said Testator as and for his last Will and Testament who in our presence and in the presence of each other, all present at the same time, have hereto subscribed our names as witnesses.
