Last will and Testament
of John Nichols
of St. John's Sanitary Superintendent Deceased.

This is my last will and Testament. I give unto my wife Caroline all my worldly substance, of what nature, or kind soever, and wheresoever, for her own absolute use and disposal, and I appoint her my executrix St. John's 17^th January 1878 Jno. Nicol. Signed and published before us, who attest in his and each others presence D. W. Prowse. J. Sullivan.
I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and testament of John Nicols.
