I Edwin James Ryall Nichols, Clergyman of the Church of England, Newfoundland & of Wakingham England leave all my property to my very dear wife Faith Harriet and I appoint her sole Executrix of this my will.

In witness whereof I have set my hand to this very will this Twenty sixth day of September 1907.
