Will of Philip Nicholle In re I, Philip Nicholle of Grand Bank in the Dominion of Newfoundland, laborer, being of sound mind and memory do give, devise and bequeath all my property, both real and personal to Merrill S. Tibbo of Grand Bank aforesaid Merchant, hereby revoking all former wills by me made. I witness whereof I Philip Nicholle, have to this, my last will and testament, subscribed my name this 8th day of December A.D. 1924 at the town of Grand Bank. PHILIP NICHOLLE. Subscribed by the testator in the presence of each of us, and at the same time declared by him to us to be his last will and testament, and thereupon we at the request of the testator and in his presence sign our names hereto as witnesses this 8th day of December 1924 at Grand Bank.
