JOSHUA HICKMAN NICHOLLE.

IN the name of God, amen. I, Joshua Hickman Nicholle, being of disposing mind and memory, do make and publish this, my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.

1. I direct that all my debts, including funeral expenses, and expenses of administration be paid by my executors.
2. I bequeath to my nephew Jno P. Nicholle and to my nieces Dinah Nicholle and Irene Nicholle the sum of twenty four hundred dollars, now on deposit in the Bank of Nova Scotia at Grand Bank to be divided between them in equal parts.
3. I devise and bequeath to my said nephew John P. Nicholle and to my nieces Dinah Nicholle and Irene Nicholle aforesaid what is left at my death of fifteen ten hundred and fifty dollars now in the hands of Robert Dunford on loan, to be shared equally between them.
4. I devise and bequeath my meadows, up the brook to my said niece Irene Nicholle.
5. My beds and bedding together with my household furniture to my aforesaid nephew John P. Nicholle and nieces Dinah and Irene to be shared equally between them. And I hereby appoint Aaron F. Buffett and Aaron Forsey of (Robt) the executors of this my last will.

In witness whereof I have hereunder set my hand this 8 day of May 1919.
