Last will and testament
of Richard Newell
of Pouch Cove Fisherman Deceased.

This is the last will and testament of Richard Newell of Pouch Cove Newfoundland I hereby give devise and bequeath to William Flight of Pouch Cove his heirs executors and administrators for his and their own use and benefit absolutely and forever all my estate and effects both real and personal whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature and quality soever and I hereby appoint the said William Flight sole executor of this my will. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twenty seventh day of September one thousand eight hundred and ninety Richard his x mark Newell. Signed by the said Richard Newell in the presence of us present at the same time who in his presence and in the presence of each other attest and subscribe our names as witnesses hereto witnesses Solomon Matthew Charles Pippy.
I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and testament of Richard Newell.
