Will of John Neagle Last Will and Testament of This is the last will and Testament of me John Neagle of St. John's Victualler made this 10th day of February A.D. 1894. I give devise and bequeath to Patrick Quin of St. John's Butcher residing corner Adelaide Street the sum of two hundred dollars To Mrs Ellen Morrisey with whom I now reside the sum of one hundred dollars and also my bed and bedding. I desire that my Executors shall devote one hundred dollars towards my funeral expenses and one hundred dollars for the Celebration of Masses for my soul. If after the said sums are paid any amount still remains in the hands of my Executor I give devise and bequeath the said sum to the above parties to be divided amongst them in the same proportion as the above sums. I appoint Hon. E. P. Morris Executor of this my will. (Sgd) John Neagle Signed by the said Testator in the presence of us who in his presence and in the presence of each other hereto signed our names as witnesses the day and date above. (Sgd) E. P.
