Will of Cleophas Nathaniel, from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 234 probate year 1930

IN RE.          DECEASED

CLEOPHAS NATHANIEL

This is the last will of me Cleophas Nathaniel, hunter, of Nain, Labrador.
First I give and bequeath to my wife Henrietta Nathaniel my house at Nain and the following articles in it, namely 1 organ 1 large clock, 1 old weather glass, 1 hatchet, 1 hammer, 1 saw, 1 stove (for cooking) 1 Remington 22 Riffle, 1 Remington 35 rifle, and all the beds, bedding, chairs, utensils, and articles of whatever nature therein or of which I may die possessed of (excepting such as are below left to my son Julius Nathaniel) I also give and bequeath to my wife Henrietta Nathaniel 20 Fox Traps and 1 flat (boat).
Second. I give and bequeath to my son Julius Nathaniel my house at Ram Tickle and my house in the Bay with whatever furniture is in them, also 1 new weather glass, 1 gramofone and records, 1-22 Winchester Rifle, 1-30 Winchester Rifle, the rest of my tools (excepting hatchet, hammer and and saw to my wife Henrietta) 1 Motorboat, all my seal nets and trout nets 1 Komotic and all my dogs and harnesses.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand at this October 2nd 1929.
