Last Will and Testament of
Patrick J. Nash of St. John's
Grocer deceased.
This is the last will and Testament of me Patrick
J. Nash of St. John's Grocer.
1. I give and bequeath to Dean Ryan of Riverhead St. John's one hundred dollars to my mother Bridget
Nash one hundred
dollars, to my sister Bridget Nash one hundred dollars and to my brother Thomas
J. Nash one hundred dollars.
2. All the rest residue and remainder
of my property and effects including life insurance I give and bequeath to
my sister Ellen Nash.
3. I appoint the said Thomas J. Nash sole executor of this
my will. Witness my hand at St. John's aforesaid this 21st day of May A.D. 1896.
(Sgd) Patrick J. His x mark Nash Signed by making his mark published and declared
by the said testator as and for his last will and Testament in the presence
of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other
have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses (having been first read over
and explained to and approved by the sd Patk J. Nash) (sgd) W.
