RICHARD MURSELL

This is the last will and testament of me, Richard Mursell, of Little Bay Island, Notre Dame Bay, Newfoundland, Merchant.

1. I hereby revoke all former wills and testamentary dispositions by me at any time made and declare this to be my last will and testament.
2. I hereby appoint my wife, Dorcas Mursell, to be the sole executrix of this my will.
   I give devise and bequeath all the property of whatsoever nature and kind and wheresoever situate of which I die possessed as follows.
   (a) To my said wife, Dorcas Mursell for her use and benefit during her life or until her remarriage.
   (b) On the death or the remarriage of my said wife to those of my children who at the death or remarriage of my said wife are then living, to be divided in equal shares between them.

Dated at St John's in the Island of Newfoundland, this twenty second day of August Anno Domini one thousand nine hundred and twenty five.
