Will of William Murphy from Newfoundland will books volume 5 page 568-569 probate year 1891 Last will and testament In the name of God Amen This is the last will and testament of me William Murphy of St. John's Farmer. First. It is my will and desire that my executors hereinafter appointed shall pay all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses. Second. I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Mary all my houses and monies goods and all and singular the estate and effects I may die possessed of of whatsoever description or kind or wheresoever situate. Thirdly I hereby constitute and appoint John O'Toole of St. John's aforesaid dealer and F. J. Morris of same place Barrister at Law to be executors of this my last will and testament and hereby revoke all previous last wills that may have been made by me. In witness whereof I have hereto my hand subscribed and set at St. John's aforesaid this 27th day of April A.D. 1891 William his x mark Murphy. Signed and executed by the said testator as and for his last will and testament in our presence who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereto our hands subscribed and set as witnesses thereto.
