Will of Mary Murphy In re Brigus. April 15th 1902 This is the last will and testament of Mary Murphy of the town of Brigus in the district of Port- De Grave. I give, devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate of every kind and description and wherever situated unto my brother in law, James Power, his heirs and assigns, absolutely for ever, and I hereby appoint the said James Power sole executor of this my last will. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal his 15th day of April 1903 Mary her x mark Murphy Signed, Sealed, published and declared by said Mary Murphy as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at her request, in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses to the due Execution hereof.
