Will of Mary Murphy, from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 444 probate year 1931

IN RE.                         DECEASED

Mary Murphy.

This is the last will and testament of me, Mary Murphy, of St. John's Newfoundland, widow.
I revoke all former wills by me at any time made.
I appoint The Eastern Trust Company to be my Executor.
I direct that all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses be paid as soon after my death as may be convenient.
I direct my executors to pay to the Archbishop of St John's the sum of One hundred dollars ($100.00) with the request that it be expended for Masses for the repose of my soul and the souls of my Father, Philip Hally, my Mother Ellen Hally and my step brothers John Hally, Thomas Hally and James Hally.
I bequeath the residue of my estate as follows:
One half to Charles Sage and Mary Sage, children of my daughter Kitty Sage, and the other half to Jack Gamberg, Francis Gamberg, Charles Gamberg and George Gamberg, children of my daughter Nellie Gamberg.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 25th day of March 1930.
