Will of Ellen Murphy In re This is the last Will and Testament of me, ELLEN MURPHY, of St. John's, Widow of Edward Murphy deceased. I appoint my son Thomas Murphy Executor of this my Will. I will and bequeath my dwelling house and all other property, effects and belongings of which I may die possessed to my said son Thomas Murphy in trust for himself and his children. Dated at St. John's this Third day of February A.D. 1916.
PUBLISHED and DECLARED by me as my last Will and Testament in the presence of the undersigned, who in my presence and in the presence of each other, have subscribed their names hereto as witnesses. Norman Henter William his X Anthony CORRECT (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
