Will of Ann Murphy, from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 500 probate year 1931

IN RE.
Ann Murphy                   DECEASED

This is the last will of me Ann Murphy of St John's Newfoundland widow and I revoke all former wills by me made I appoint my son John Murphy and my daughter Mary Murphy executors of this my will. I give to my said son and daughter absolutely my leasehold premises on Henry Street St John's to hold as joint tenants. The residue of my estate (if any) I give absolutely to my said daughter Mary.
In witness whereof I have set my hand to this my will this 17th day of December A.D. 1912.

Signed by the above named testatrix Ann Murphy as her last will in the presence of us who in her presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses.
