Will of Henry Mullett from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 549 probate year 1929 In re DECEASED. THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me HENRY MULLETT of Bennetts Cove, in the electoral district of Bonavista, in the island of Newfoundland, made this 30 day of July, in the year of Our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty five. I HEREBY revoke all wills made by me at any time heretofore. I appoint Kenneth Mullett of Wesleyville, in the aforesaid district, to be the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament, and I direct that all my Debts and Funeral Expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. I GIVE AND BEQUEATH unto my son John Mullett, my dwelling house, land and all my possessions, real and personal of what nature and kind soever, and wheresoever the same may be at the time of my death.
