Will of Emma Morris Last Will and Testament of I Emma Morris of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland Married woman do make publish and declare the following as and for my last will and testament: To my executors hereinafter named I give and bequeath my leasehold property on LeMarchant Road in St. John's aforesaid to have and to hold the same in trust for the use and benefit of my children Walter Kenneth, Henrietta, Minnie Louise, Lily and Laura until the youngest or the youngest of the survivors of them shall attain the age of twenty one years then upon the youngest or the youngest survivor of them attaining the age of twenty one years as aforesaid upon further trusts to convey the same to my said children or the survivors of them share and share alike. To my husband Jacob Morris I give and bequeath the money belonging to me in the Trader's Bank in Toronto, Ontario in the Dominion of Canada. I appoint George E. Taylor and William Frederick Parsons of St. John's aforesaid to be the Executors of this my will and I hereby revoke all other and former wills by me made. In witness whereof I have hereto subscribed my hand at St. John's aforesaid this fourth day of November Anno Domini one Thousand eight hundred & ninety three (sgd) Emma her x mark Morris. Signed by the said Emma Morris (having first been read over and explained) in the presence of us who in her presence at her request and in presence of each other have hereto subscribed our names as witnesses (sgd) Wm. J. Meehan (sgd) Emily Taylor I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and Testament of Emma Morris deceased Registrar (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
