In re
      DONALD MORISON.     DECEASED.

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF DONALD MORISON.

I, Donald Morison, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, and not acting under duress, menace, fraud, or undue influence of any person, whomsoever, do make, publish and declare this my last will and testament in manner following, that is to say:-

FIRST: I give, devise, and bequeath all of my estate of whatever kind, or nature and where ever situated at the time of my death to my beloved wife, Catherine Elizabeth Morison.

SECOND: I have two children living, namely, Mary Holman, nee, Mary Morison and Robert Morison, both adults, and in my opinion able to care for themselves and for this reason I have expressly omitted making any bequests to them whatever under this will.

THIRD: I hereby nominate and appoint my beloved wife, Catherine Elizabeth Morison, as the executrix of this my last will and testament, without bond. It being my express request, that she be appointed executrix of this my last will and testament without the requirement of any bond whatever as such executrix.

FOURTH: I hereby revoke any other will, or wills heretofore made by me.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 2nd day of February, 1924.

The foregoing instrument consisting of one page, including the page signed by the testator, was at the date thereof by Donald Morison, the maker, thereof, signed in our presence and in the presence of each of us, and at the time of his subscribing said instrument, be declared that it was his will, and at his request, and in his presence and in the presence of each other, we have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.
