Will of Solomon Moores Last Will and Testament of This is the last will and Testament of me Solomon Moores of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland formerly shopkeeper. I give devise and bequeath unto my wife Elizabeth Moores all and singular whatsoever lands goods chattels moneys and effects that I may die possessed of to hold the same in her own right absolutely and for ever and to dispose of the same in anyway she may think fit. And I hereby appoint my said wife Elizabeth Moores to be the Executrix of this my said last will and Testament. In witness whereof I the said Solomon Moores have hereunto my hand subscribed and set at St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland this twenty first day of January A.D. one thousand eight hundred and ninety five. (Sgd) Solomon Moores Signed published and declared by the said Testator as and for his last will and Testament in the presence of us who present at the same time in his presence and in the presence of each other and at his request have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
