Will of Samuel Moores from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 20 probate year 1929

IN RE                              DECEASED.
SAMUEL MOORES (LOTRIFF).

I, Samuel Moores son of Lotriff of Blackhead, in the electoral district of Bay-de-Verde in the Island of Newfoundland, being of sound mind and memory, do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say.
1st. I give, devise and bequeath to my nephew Oliver King my Dwelling houses, with furniture and everything connected with same. Barn, cabbage garden and all my own land. To be his and his heirs forever.
2nd. Should the said Oliver King leave the place to reside elsewhere, he can retain this ownership of same, but in no case is anything to be sold or exchanged, and last; I hereby constitute and appoint Clement Hudson to be executor of this my last will and Testament.
In witness whereof I have hereto fore set my hand this 7th day of September 1929.

Signed published and declared by the above named Samuel Moores of Lotriff (by making his mark) in presence of us, who, at his request, have signed as witnesses of the same (the said will having first been read over and explained to (the said Samuel Moores who seemed fully to understand and approve of the same.
