In re DECEASED.
MARY MOORES. Newfoundland
This is the last will and testament of me Mary Moores of Fermuse in the electoral
district of Ferryland, widow.
I appoint my daughter Mrs Mary Keough of Ferryland in the district of Ferryland
to be my executrix.
I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter Mary Keough, wife of Michael Keough of Ferryland in the district aforesaid, all my belongings, my dwelling house
and all the land that I hold in possession together with everything that is
on or in it for her sole use and benefit.
In witness whereof I the said Mary Moores have to this my last will and testament
set my mark this tenth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand nine
hundred and twenty six.
Signed by the testatrix in the presence of us present at the same time, who
at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed
our names as witnesses.
