Robert Moore of Carbonear
Merchant deceased

Carbonear Oct 5/1901
I Robert Moore of the Town of Carbonear being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament. I hereby apoint Edward Chipman and Alfred Penney as my executor of my will. I hereby bequeath to my wife Mahala Moore all and everything that I possess in this world of every description to be divided with my children as she think proper and as she is or will be treated by them my son James if she think proper to be rewarded for his services nothing whatever to go to outsiders and that the said executor of my will see that all my outstanding bills be paid and that the also collect all bills due me for my said wife and if necessary my Water Street property be sold to fix all matters up as it is my wish to owe no man nothing and to provide things honest in the sight of all men writen by my own hand this day Oct 5/1901 (sgn) Robert Moore. Witness (sgn) Samuel Janes      (sgn) Nicholas Mahaney.

I certify this foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and testament of Robert Moore deceased
