Will of John Moore In re In the name of God Amen I John Moore of St. John’s Newfoundland Hair Dresser being of sound and disposing mind and memory and considering the uncertainty of this life do make publish and declare this to be my last will and Testament. I give devise and bequeath to my mother Ann Moore all my right title and interest to stand in all the land and houses situate on north side Signal Road in the Town of St. John’s Newfoundland to have and to hold the said land & houses in which I hold possession of at present House Nos 103 & 111 together with the land on which houses 103, 105, 107, 109, 111, 113, 115 are built on The said land & houses to come in to her sole possession after my death to hold hold for her maintenance for ever, at the same time to give her full power to bequeath the said land & houses or to sell same as she may think fit. I hereby appoint J. P. Grace my executor - John Moore - Signed in presence of us witnesses This the tenth day of December one thousand nine hundred and seven Mr James King John P.
