Will of Frederick Moore, from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 238 probate year 1930

IN RE.          DECEASED

FREDERICK MOORE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That I, Frederick Moore, of St John's in the Colony of Newfoundland, merchant, being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament.

  1. I give and devise to my beloved wife, Julia Selina Moore, my house and property on LeMarchant Road, together with all its furniture and fittings my motor car, also all stock and shares owned by me in the following companies
    In the Dominion Atlantic Insurance Co.
    In the Western Marine Insurance Co.
    In the Newfoundland Mutual Insurance Co.
    In the Standard Manfacturing Co.
    In the Star Canada Co.
    In the Far North Steamship Co.
    In Jobs Sealing Co.
    In the Public Service Electric Co.
    In the Little Bay Mining Co.
    In the Silver Cliff Mining Co.
    In the Great Gull Copper Co.
    Also money loaned to Thomas Soper, property on Freshwater Road, and income therefrom, all my interest and title to my part of the business and trade of Joseph and Frederick Moore situated at St Anthony and elsewhere.
  2. I give and bequeath to my beloved wife, Julia Selina Moore, all the rest and residue of my estate, real and personal.
  3. I appoint my brother, Joseph Moore of St John's in the colony of Newfoundland and my wife Julia Selina Moore, executors of this my last will and testament.

In witness thereof I, the said Frederick Moore set my hand and seal hereunto this third day of May one thousand nine hundred and twenty seven.

Signed, sealed published and declared by the said Frederick Moore, as and for his last will and testament in presence of us, who in his presence, and in the presence of each other, and at his request have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
