Will of Daniel Moore from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 591 probate year 1932
(All spelling errors exist in the probated will.)

IN RE          DECEASED.
Daniel Moore

Feb 2nd 1932

I Daniel Moore make this my last will leaving this my property as follows to be divided into five parts.
first or No. 1 Beginning at the corner of Moore road and cahills to the boundry by secivers measuring 100 ft on Moores belong to my son Ed.
No. 2. 100 ft on moor road running same to be Freds
No. 3. 100 ft same to be Michaels
No. 4. to be 80 ft to be Martins.
Block No. 5 to be 100 ft the same to be my wife winifreds including the house while she live or marry but at her death or if she marries it is to be Martins she is also to owne long cart Box cart and two slide two suits of harness waggon and sleigh
the stable shed work shop and what tools therein is to be Martins the cellar is to belong to all if they need it
4 sets of wheels to be given one set to each of three sons
if anyone wish to sell out he may do so but must sell to one of his brother and not to anyone else
I being in my sound mind do make this my last wish
