In re
WILLIAM MITCHELL.
DECEASED.
This is the last will and testament of me William Michel Mitchell of St. John's
in the island of Newfoundland, Baker, made at St. John's aforesaid the second
day of July A.D. 1927. I hereby revoke all former wills and testamentary
dispositions by me at any time heretofore made. I hereby appoint my cousin
John G. Higgins to be the executor of this my will. I direct my
executor to pay the income arising from my property to my wife Anastatia for
her life until she remarries. If she remarries then this income is to be devoted
to the maintenance of my children until the youngest attains the age of twenty
one years, when all my property is to be divided equally amongst my said children
then surviving, the children of the deceased child taking their parents' share.
If my wife dies unmarried then on her death all my property is to be divided
equally amongst my said children then surviving, the children of a deceased
child taking their parents share. It shall be in the discretion
of my executor to carry on my partnership in the central bakery or to retain
the house used by me or otherwise dealing with my estate.

Signed published and declared by the above named William Michael Mitchell as
and for his last will and testament in my presence both being present at the
same time who at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each
other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
